Leonard Garcia vs. Nam Phan 2 Headed to UFC Fight Night 24

A controversial decision has lead to a rematch. Leonard Garcia and Nam Phan have been paired up once again and will face off at UFC Fight Night 24 in Seattle on March 26.
The fight booking was confirmed to MMAWeekly.com by sources close to the negotiations on Monday with agreements in place for the March showdown.
Garcia and Phan met at “The Ultimate Fighter Season 12″ finale show in early December, but the ending didn’t seem to please many people.
While Garcia had his moments in the fight, Phan seemed to do enough to secure a victory, but when the judges’ scorecards were read they gave the nod to the Team Greg Jackson fighter by split decision.
Immediately there was an uproar about the call by the judges, and apparently the UFC agreed. The two will meet again in a featherweight bout bound for Seattle, and UFC Fight Night 24.
While the UFC has made no official announcement about the card, it’s believed Garcia vs. Phan 2 will occupy a slot on the televised portion of the show.
